Order delivery service:

Delivery terms:  

  • Delivery times during weekdays:
  • The first period is from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
  • The second period is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
  • The second period is from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM.
  • Delivery time is from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM during the weekend.
  • Orders received after 10:00 PM are not delivered on the same day; they are postponed to the following day after coordination with the sender and recipient.
  • The service provided by Rosetta is the delivery of flowers and gifts, as there is no pickup from branches except in very rare cases.
  • If certain types of roses, packaging type, ribbon color, or vase shape are unavailable, the selected bouquet will be replaced with a suitable alternative. If no suitable alternative is available (the alternative is different from the picture), the sender of the gift will be contacted immediately and another alternative will be found.
  • If more than one package and gift is added to the same order basket, they will be delivered at the same time.

 


Delivery service:  

  • At Rosetta, we offer free delivery to the cities of Riyadh and Jeddah, provided that the order value exceeds 299 riyals.
  • We commit to delivering your order within the hours of the selected delivery period, unless the recipient of the gift requests a change to the delivery period to suit them. If the recipient changes the delivery period, we at Rosetta commit to notifying the sender of the gift.
  • At Rosetta, we have a team of the best shipping and delivery staff, using refrigerated vehicles equipped to suit our product. We do our best to ensure your order arrives in the best condition and quality, and on time.
  • If the delivery of the order is delayed by more than 3 hours beyond the selected period, the customer may be eligible to receive a refund of half the order value as credit in the Rosetta wallet.
  • If the delivery of the order is delayed due to the recipient's lack of response, we commit to notifying the sender immediately and rescheduling the delivery of the order at a later time.
  • In the event of a delay in the order due to negligence on the part of the Rosetta team, we commit to refunding the full amount to the customer in the Rosetta wallet.

 


Reasons for order delivery delays related to the recipient:  

  • No response in sending the location.
  • Failure to respond to the delivery representative's request to receive the order.
  • Unwillingness to accept the order.
  • The recipient's desire to change location suddenly.
  • The recipient's desire to change the delivery time suddenly.


Note:  

  • These terms do not apply in circumstances beyond our control that cause delivery delays such as (some institutions that do not allow entry - incorrect recipient data - climatic factors - seasons and holidays - sudden traffic congestion)
  • The sender must provide the recipient's phone number and address correctly, and our team will have to complete the order properly.
  • Failure to provide correct information, such as an incorrect phone number or incorrect recipient name, may result in the order being delivered to the wrong person and thus a bad customer experience.
  • If orders are placed during holidays or peak seasons, orders will be processed within 24 hours. Therefore, we advise customers to place their orders 24 hours before the desired delivery date.

 


Order submission times:  

  • Orders are accepted 24 hours a day.
  • Orders are delivered within the timeframe specified at the time of order selection, in accordance with Rosetta Company's policy.
