Order delivery service:  

Welcome to Rosetta, where we offer a great delivery experience, with utmost attention to detail and speedy delivery.

Delivery terms:  

  • Delivery times during the week:
  • The first period is from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm.
  • The second period is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
  • The second period is from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm.
  • Delivery time is from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM during the weekend.
  • Orders received after 10:00 PM will not be delivered on the same day. They will be postponed to the next day after coordination with the sender and recipient.
  • Rosetta's service is to deliver flowers and gifts, as there is no collection from branches except in very rare cases.
  • If some types of roses, packaging type, ribbon color, or vase shape are not available, the selected bouquet will be replaced with a suitable alternative. If a suitable alternative is not available (the alternative is different from the picture), the gift sender will be contacted directly to find another alternative.
  • If you add more than one bouquet and gift to the same order basket, they will be delivered at the same time.

 


Delivery service:  

  • At Rosetta, we offer free delivery to Riyadh and Jeddah, provided that the order value exceeds 299 riyals.
  • We are committed to delivering your order within the selected delivery period, unless the gift recipient requests that the delivery period be changed to suit them. If the delivery period is changed by the recipient, Rosetta is committed to notifying the gift sender.
  • At Rosetta, we have a team of the best shipping and delivery staff, using refrigerated vehicles equipped to suit our product. We do our best to ensure your order reaches you in the best condition, with the best quality, and on time.
  • If the delivery of the order is delayed by more than 3 hours from the selected time, the customer may be eligible to receive a refund of half the order value in the form of Rosetta Wallet credit.
  • If the delivery of the order is delayed due to the recipient's failure to respond, we are committed to notifying the sender immediately and rescheduling the delivery of the order at a later time.
  • In the event that the order is delayed due to negligence on the part of the Rosetta team, we are committed to returning the full amount to the customer in the Rosetta wallet.

 


Reasons for delay in delivery of the order due to reasons related to the recipient:  

  • No response to sending location.
  • Failure to respond to the delivery representative's request to receive the order.
  • Unwillingness to receive the order.
  • The recipient's desire to change location suddenly.
  • The recipient wants to change the delivery time suddenly.


Note:  

  • These terms do not apply in circumstances beyond our control that cause delivery delays, such as (some establishments that do not allow entry - incorrect recipient data - climatic factors - seasons and holidays - sudden traffic congestion)
  • The sender must provide the recipient's phone number and address correctly and our team will process the order properly.
  • Failure to provide correct information such as (incorrect phone number or incorrect recipient name) may result in the order being delivered to someone else and thus a poor customer experience.
  • For holiday or seasonal orders, orders will be processed within 24 hours, so we advise customers to place their orders 24 hours prior to their desired delivery date.

 


Application reception hours:  

  • Applications are accepted 24 hours a day.
  • Orders are delivered within the time period specified at the time of order selection, in accordance with Rosetta Company's policy.
